Hair Growing Tips

Some hair loss experts have discovered that people have excellent hair growing results by following the Zone Diet, which is low in fat. Many other hair care experts recommend the Zone Diet as very helpful for hair care concerns.

Here are some other hair growing tips:

Eliminate or cut back on smoking, caffeine and carbonated sodas which weaken the body and block maximum hair growing potential.
Eat a healthy diet. Avoid foods that are high in sugar or fat.
Treat your hair like a piece of fine old lace. Treat it carefully avoiding any unnecessary brushing, combing or handling.
Avoid use of hot water, hot blow dryers or other hair care tools that may stress the hair.
Have a weekly scalp massage to provide stimulation to the hair follicles.
Do a series of ongoing hot oil treatments to protect the hair's shaft.
Have regular trims to eliminate split ends and allow the hair to look and feel healthier.
Get plenty of rest and sleep to allow your body to grow hair.

Pure Castile Shampoo

                              Roots Castile Shampoo

Pure Castile Soap provides a gentle but thorough cleansing and is made with vegetable oils such as olive, jojoba and coconut oils. There are no synthetic foaming agents, thickeners or preservatives that tend to rob your hair from the needed moisture to keep it healthy. You will enjoy softer and smoother hair with castile soap because it contains natural glycerin which is necessary for moisture retention. This is something that’s missing in many commercially developed products and is necessary for the proper health and moisture to your hair and scalp.

{Before starting-- be sure that you have NOT scratched into your scalp. If so, wait 2-3 days before using this treatment. The stimulating Essential Oils may burn your scalp if the skin is broken. Shampoo, rinse and towel dry hair.}

Aloe Enriched Deep Thermal Cuticle Conditioner

                              Roots hair conditioner

Aloe Vera and other moisture protectors in this deep conditioner are incorporated in this treatment for hair growth and stabilization of the hair follicles and entire follicular cycle. It provides the precise amount of conditioning needed to reconstruct the hair internally and at the cuticle level-- protecting it from breakage. The addition of select essential oils are incorporated to stimulate blood flow to the scalp, strengthen your hair to prevent split ends and dry, lifeless hair. You will feel the effects long after the treatment is complete. Your scalp will feel tingly and alive and your hair will be left shinny, conditioned and soft after each treatment.

{After hair is thoroughly clean, use a generous amount of conditioner to moisturize your hair. Cover with a plastic cap and leave on hair for  15-20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Let hair air dry--use no HEAT! Do not use a comb to detangle hair--let it dry first and start separating with fingers.}

Aloe Enriched Daily Scalp Treatment

Aloe Vera is known to balance PH and stimulate the production of enzymes on your scalp which helps with hair growth.  Those who are affected with thinning hair and possible hair loss can benefit from this treatment as it helps heal any damage to your scalp. It cleans the pores, prevents excessive hair loss, relieves itchy scalp, oily hair and dandruff, renews the cycle within the follicles, regulates sebaceous function, and maintains proper physiological balance in the scalp. One of the biggest benefits is it helps reduce Seborrhea --wherein the sebaceous secretion combines with dirt and forms scales on the skin of the head that prevents the proper nutrition for hair. The cause is linked to stress, hormonal changes, fatigue, genetic factors, and pollution. Severe cases of Seborrhea may lead to infection and damage to the follicles, resulting in partial baldness.

{Using your fingers, gently detangle hair. For coarse hair, use a wide tooth comb.  Hold hair from the root and detangle from ends to root. Part hair into small sections & apply a small amount of product to scalp only! Rub in well.}

New Growth Moisturizing oil

                            Roots New Hair Growth

Regular application of this moisturizer to the scalp and roots will help to eliminate dry hair and promote re-growth of hair within months. The added essential oils in this treatment will stimulate the hair follicles to produce faster hair growth and renewed activity to prevent premature baldness.  It will improve the overall health of your hair leading to fuller, thicker tresses over time.

{This is the most concentrated of all oils! Warm a half cap size of oil and apply to scalp and roots only!  You can also apply without warming the oils.  For fine hair, use a small amount to prevent hair from being too oily.  New growth will grow in stronger and thicker.}

Daily Hair Oil Moisturizer

                             Roots hair moisturizer

One of the key ingredients to beautiful hair is moisture. In order to have silky, shinny tresses, the proper hydration is a must!  The combination of our infused essential oils, will keep your hair well protected down to the ends to prevent breakage, dryness and provide the proper moisture. Only a few drops applied to the hair daily will soften and hydrate your hair.

{After hair is clean and scalp is moisturized, using a small amount of oil, (drops) apply to your hair down to the ends.  If hair is thinning on edges and nape, add a few more drops to these areas and massage in well.}

Silky Hair Dressing Cream

Pure un-refined Shea Butter and (other incorporated hair protectors in this treatment), provides moisture to dry or damaged hair from the roots to the very tips, repairing and protecting against weather damage, dryness and brittleness. It also absorbs quickly and completely into your hair. It is particularly beneficial for processed and heat-treated hair. It is an excellent treatment for restoring luster to dull, damaged hair.

{Once hair is completely clean and moisturized, add a small amount of the dressing to add the finishing touch to your hair. You can use a little for your edges to lay them down along with the nape. Hair will be left smooth, shinny and silky.}
