Shipping and Return Policy


Shipping rates are set and apply only to those who need products to be shipped to an address outside of Las Vegas.  Our shopping cart's shipping method is standard USPS. Shipping is scheduled ONLY Monday-Wednesday of each week.--excluding Holidays.  If we receive your order after 2pm  Wednesday PST, it will be shipped the following Monday.  This is to prevent your natural product from sitting over the weekend and possibly getting too warm.  Since we don't know what the conditions are of the storing facilities, we prefer not to take the risk of unwanted damage to the natural ingredients.  If you desire special shipping and/or overnight service, contact customer service directly for instructions and rates.   

Product Shipping/Handling Rates are the current standard rates posted by USPS, FEDEX and UPS.

Return policy
Note:  This policy does not apply to items purchased at retail stores.  Each store has its own return policy.

 Since our products are all natural, made to order  and do not have an extended shelf life, there is a 7 day return policy, less shipping and handling for all un-opened products. We will not refund any monies for products that have been opened or used!   We will however replace product due to (shipping damage by the carrier)-- provided that we are notified within 7 calendar days by e-mail or phone which we will honor the timestamp of your initial request.  If there is a shipping damage, you are required to submit a claim to the carrier before requesting a product refund from us.  Have all the details about your claim when requesting a product refund to expedite your return.
